 • Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests before check-in. Foreign nationals must additionally provide passport and visa details.
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Approved late check-out (subject to availability): ₹1,500 + GST per hour. Unauthorised occupancy beyond 11:00 AM: ₹3,000 + GST per hour.
• Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. payment and valid ID. Approved visitors: ₹1050 + GST per person per day. Unauthorised visitors: ₹3000 + GST per person per day.
• Electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged at ₹9 per unit based on sub-meter readings.
• Alternate-day housekeeping is complimentary. Daily housekeeping is available at ₹ 1050 per day.
• Kitchen cleaning, including utensils used during the stay, is the responsibility of guests. We charge Rs 550 per cleaning.
• Pets are welcome at ₹1000 per pet per day. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by pets guest must be paid 3000 Security Deposite .
• Any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning requirement, smoking violation or breach of house rules may result in additional charges through Airbnb Resolution Centre.
