1. Strictly no party, no get-together, no event, no decoration, and no loud music/noise allowed.
2. All foreign nationals must submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian guests are also required to submit valid address/ID proof before check-in.
3. Any unauthorized or delayed check-out after 11:00 AM will be charged at ₹1500 per hour.
4. Visitors are not allowed. Any visitor, even for a few minutes, will be treated as an extra guest and charged ₹750 + GST per person per day, along with ID submission in advance.
   If a visitor arrives without following this procedure, they will be treated as unauthorized guests and charged ₹1500 + GST per person. This is for community safety.
5. To avoid misuse of electricity, a sub-meter is installed. Guests can note readings at check-in and check-out. Consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged at ₹9 per unit, payable at check-out.
6. Alternate day housekeeping is complimentary. Daily cleaning is available at ₹550 per day. Kitchen cleaning, including utensils after usage, is the responsibility of the guest.

House Rules For Pets-

1. Due to the high cost of hosting pets, we charge ₹750 per pet per day. A refundable damage deposit of ₹3000 per pet is required before check-in to ensure proper use of the facilities.
2. Pet owners must ensure that there is no hair shedding, no odor, and no mess caused by the pet inside the property.
