STRICTLY NO PARTY, NO GET-TOGETHER, NO EVENT, NO MUSIC, AND NOISE. We do not allow the consumption of liquor and tobacco in our apartment. Playing music is not permitted in the apartment. If you still book and intend to party, check-in will not be allowed.
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
– Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 2000 per hour.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 1500 per person per day.
_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 550/- per day.
– The cleaning of the kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of the guest.
– Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited since storage and consumption of the same is illegal and punishable.
We offer caretaker services, for help in cooking food and household chores at Rs 1750 per day. He is NOT a cook. This is optional for guests. Only those guests, who opt to have this service will be charged Rs 1750 per day.
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to the high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owners of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage

Overall we had a comfortable stay. The host and caretaker were very helpful and responsive.
The property was listed as 5 bedroom with 4 bathrooms – however, in reality, 2 bedrooms are not usable as they are below basement floor with no attached toilet/bathroom and the rooms do not have any ventilation.
Based on your feedback, the owner arranged for additional beds in the 3 rooms so that was helpful; however it still became a bit difficult to manage as we were 10-12 people trying to manage in 3 bedrooms + living room.
This is an outstanding 3-bedroom property and should be positioned as the same; until the issues with the other 2-bedrooms are fixed.
Overall, highly recommend the property if you’re looking for top quality 3 bedroom accommodation in south Delhi!

I stayed here with a group of 20 people and everyone was accommodated for with either a bed or a small mattress on the ground! We loved being able to stay together as we toured Delhi and even more that we had the pleasure of being under Sanjay’s care. He was very responsive.
We took up his offer to have the caretakers cook us many of our meals and they were always on time and always delicious! They accommodated very well for the many food allergies in our group. They were also very kind and lovely to have around.
We would stay here again! Thank you Sanjay and others! It was a wonderful time!
