STRICTLY NO PARTY, NO GET-TOGETHER, NO EVENT, NO MUSIC, AND NOISE. We do not allow the consumption of liquor and tobacco in our apartment. Playing loud music is not permitted in the apartment. If you still book and intend to party, check-in will not be allowed.
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
– Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 2000 per hour.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged at Rs 1250 per person per day.
– Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited since storage and consumption of the same is illegal and punishable.
_ Complimentary housekeeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 550/- per day.
– The cleaning of the kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of the guest.
We offer caretaker services, household chores at Rs 2095 per day. This is optional for guests. Only those guests, who opt to have this service will be charged Rs 2095 per day.
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to the high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owners of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage

This is a heaven hidden like Gem in the safe and posh gated community of E block of Saket. When I booked looking at pictures of listing, I doubted whether they can be trusted. However, I booked looking at great reviews of Homlee and I was lucky to book this place. Apart from amazing interiors, I was treated very well by Host Sanjay and caretaker Niranjan Bhaiya. All the appliances and kitchen are brand new. The bathrooms have excellent shower and hot water. The balcony view of park is awesome. They also offer you food at reasonable prices. Niranjan Bhaiya helped me with food and taxi. Homlee has 27 apartments here and I would recommend any of their apartments without hesitation. Thanks Homlee

Being in the gated community, one has to keep in mind when the gates are open and closed. Highly recommended.

Sanjay is an incredibly responsive host. Anything we asked for he responded to immediately. His caretakers are also helpful but we had a language barrier there since we only speak English.
We have kids so we appreciated the multiple parka surrounding the area. We also appreciated that it was easy to get an Uber quickly.
The place is exactly as pictured. No surprises there.
The only negatives were
-The water heaters for all three of the showers are WAY too small. The hot water lasted for less than 2 minutes in each one. We had to rinse fast and could never shower back to back in the same bathroom or it was ice cold.
-The cleaner also doesn’t come at regular intervals. The host would offer or we’d request and we’d be cleaned immediately. However it’d be much nicer if the caretaker came at the same regular interval to clean daily.
We’d stay again!
