Prices start at: ₹2,950 per night (+taxes and fees)
We have total sitting for 8 persons (including dining chairs) to meet and greet. We can also lay extra mattresses to accommodate more number of guests. There is airconditioner and TV with cable and OTT.
Each bed room is fitted with aircon and attached washroom. These bedrooms are not only tastefully done, but also are with comfortable beds and sufficient cupboards
We are ready to serve tea, coffee and condiments.
We have parking for your scooters and cars.
We have inverter for power back up and also washing machine for your exclusive use.
The fully equipped kitchen offers you all the utensils to cook and serve. We also have gas, cook top, RO water and refrigerator
We have all the necessary equipments like mixer grinder, toaster, RO Machine, Microwave etc.
– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise.
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
– All ACs, appliances, lights and fans must be switched off when not in use, particularly when guest goes out. Misuse of electricity attracts fine of Rs. 2000/-.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged per person per day.
– Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited. Further, we do not allow indiscriminate consumption of liquor in our apartment.
House Rules For Pets-
1. We welcome Pets but the pet fee per day is applicable. over and above the single-day fee paid at the time of booking if you are staying for more than 1 day.
2. The owner of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.

_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 550/- per day.
– The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.

They do provide lots of appliances and stuff to make the stay like it would be at home. The only negative point is locality it’s situated in, the water coming from Yamuna in taps isn’t as clean. However it’s good value for money.
