The apartment is fully furnished & comes with all amenities like heating, A.C., fast broad band WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, OTT channels and washing machine. Attractions like Laxman Jhula, Ganga Arti are within 1 to 3 kms. We have free parking and 24/7 caretakers for you. All our apartments have sleeping furniture for 4 to 6 persons. It is ideal for family holidays as well as workation.
The entire apartment is for our guests and it is absolutely private. We have 10 more apartments in the same complex and are listed on airbnb. The apartment comes with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, such as air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with LPG cook top, chimney, utensils, 24/7 hot running water, high speed WiFi, a comfortable full-size double bed, two sofa-cum-beds with a thick (18 inch) mattress, a dining table, refrigerator, cable TV and our excellent hospitality with housekeeping support.
The apartment is suitable for working professionals, tourists, families as well as people looking for a long stay. We welcome your pets and there is an elevator for your convenience as well. The balcony opens to a wonderful view of the hills and has a slight breeze with sunlight coming in throughout the day.
The apartment complex is gated and has round-the-clock security, including a well secured parking which is free for your vehicle. Though the apartment has a kitchen with all the apparatuses, you can also dine in one of the various nearby cafes/restaurants that are at a walking distance from your abode. The posh neighborhood of Tapovan has more than 25 restaurants which are within radius of 1 km. Some of the great restaurants/cafe which are worth visiting are 60’s Cafe, Tatva Cafe, Pure Soul Cafe and also Satvik. Negi’s Dhaba, Chai Sutta and 155 Km stone offer lip smaking food at reasonable prices. Do contact us for more recommendations or access our online guidebook after you finish your booking.
The best part of the complex is its prime location which is a short 10 minute walk from Ganges and Laxman Jhoola. The ever thriving area of Tapovan with its various Yoga Ashrams, rafting and activity centers, restaurants like Aloha and Divine Resorts are all within walking distance of the apartment for fine dining experience. You can have easy access to cabs and Tuk-Tuks from the apartment complex.

– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise
– Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 1500 per hour.
_ Complimentary housekeeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 450/- per day.
– The cleaning of the kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of the guest.
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owners of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.

This is a heaven hidden like Gem in the safe gated community of Deecon Valley Complex. When I booked looking at pictures of listing, I doubted whether they can be trusted. However, I booked looking at great reviews of Homlee and I was lucky to book this place. Apart from amazing interiors, I was treated very well by Host Satyam and caretaker Chhotu Bhaiya. All the appliances and kitchen are brand new. Bathroom has excellent shower and hot water. The balcony view of hills is awesome. They also offer you food at reasonable prices. Chhotu Bhaiya helped me with rafting and taxi. Homlee has total 10 apartments here and I would recommend any of their apartments without hesitation. Thanks Homlee

This homlee apartment is actually 7 star. The host has made it with intellect, love and design that entire house is photographers delight. Two ACs, brand new furniture and kitchen and very very safe building with parking and security. They have two caretakers, Chhotu and Santosh who are very helpful and kind. Sanjay from Delhi provided support for local recommendations and even arranged a cake for my wife. It looks like they are the best hosts in Rishikesh, particularly, after I had bad experience with another host in the same Deecon Valley Complex. Thanks Sanjay and team..

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Firstly, its location is unbeatable – nestled in a central but safe, gated society within the city. The apartment itself was spacious and immaculate – very clean and looked just like the photos! The kitchen had all the utensils which was a big plus since we planned to cook ourselves.
The hosts are very responsive and helpful, and assisted us with our enquiries and needs at all times. They also shared some great local recommendations.
Overall, the experience felt ‘just like home’ and all things considered it is great value for money – will surely stay here again on my next visit.
