The well-connected location allows our guests to attend various hospitals like Max Vaishali, to enjoy different marriage venues like Radisson, Country Inn, and Red Carpet, to finish business in industrial towns of Sahibabad or Noida Sector 58/62/63. The building has a lift, parking, and a supermarket. We have four more apartments in the building making it ideal for large groups. The flat is ideal for recovering patients, families, tourists as well as business visitors. These apartments also remain the first choice for the stay of
marriage guests.

This is a cozy apartment with tastefully furnished bedrooms with King a Size Beds, attached western toilets, and showers. The entire apartment is air–Conditioned to help you beat the heat. It has a large drawing-cum-dining room which works as a sitting area as well as a meeting area. The living room has a TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has high-speed WiFi.
We have a fully functional kitchen for your use and please do not miss out on our homemade masala tea, breakfast, and meals. We charge nominally for food. Moreover, you have a choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5km offering various cuisines! There is also free parking, both covered and uncovered for your vehicle in the building. Though the nearest metro is just 10 minutes walking, we can arrange a scooty and car rental for you. This facility comes with the convenience of 24/7 caretakers.
– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 350/- per day.
– The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.
– Any unauthorised and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 750 per hour.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Number of guests can not exceed what you have booked. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 750 per person per day.
– Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited. Further, we do not allow consumption of liquor in our apartment
As per, local government guidelines The building gate closes between 11 pm – 6 am. No entry and exit will be possible between 11 pm to 6 am.Unmarried couples are not allowed
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owner of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.

This is a good place to stay though not a very ideal as a location wise ,it’s a small builder apartment building which is not very clean . Host has many apartments in this building and one which was assigned to us not a good apartment had many electric issues but host moved us to next door property which was far better then first one . Apartment is quite small compared to pictures .Host has very helpful staff.so if ends well then all well.

First of all shoutout to the host for being so helpful and supportive. I was staying there for post op recovery for a relative and when I spoke to Sanjay to please get the apparent clean and sanitised, he immediately did it and that too almost everyday.
The place is perfectly situated for someone getting treated or has some work in and around Vaishali with a supermarket in the building, pharmacy and physicians beside two buildings, fruit vendors right across, metro station and market within 700m distance. The place is fully functional with a kitchen with all appliances. You can see parrots flying from the balcony in the morning.
A fews improvements could be fixing the squeaking of the room doors which were a little too loud and annoying and the dining table which has started to come apart and the ACs which was a little noisy.
All in all a very pleasant stay here. Would highly recommend it.
