Welcome to home with good view of hills, located in the gated community of Deecon Valley inTapovan.
The apartment is fully furnished & comes with all amenities like heating, A.C., fast broad band WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, OTT channels and washing machine. Attractions like Laxman Jhula, Ganga Arti are within 1 to 3 kms. We have free parking and 24/7 caretakers for you. All our apartments have sleeping furniture for 4 to 6 persons. It is ideal for family holidays as well as workation.
The entire apartment is for our guests and it is absolutely private. We have 10 more apartments in the same complex and are listed on airbnb. The apartment comes with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, such as air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with LPG cook top, chimney, utensils, 24/7 hot running water, high speed WiFi, a comfortable full-size double bed, two sofa-cum-beds with a thick (18 inch) mattress, a dining table, refrigerator, cable TV and our excellent hospitality with housekeeping support.
The apartment is suitable for working professionals, tourists, families as well as people looking for a long stay. We welcome your pets and there is an elevator for your convenience as well. The balcony opens to a wonderful view of the hills and has a slight breeze with sunlight coming in throughout the day.
The apartment complex is gated and has round-the-clock security, including a well secured parking which is free for your vehicle. Though the apartment has a kitchen with all the apparatuses, you can also dine in one of the various nearby cafes/restaurants that are at a walking distance from your abode. The posh neighborhood of Tapovan has more than 25 restaurants which are within radius of 1 km. Some of the great restaurants/cafe which are worth visiting are 60’s Cafe, Tatva Cafe, Pure Soul Cafe and also Satvik. The best part of the complex is its prime location which is a short 10 minute walk from Ganges and Laxman Jhoola. The ever thriving area of Tapovan with its various Yoga Ashrams, rafting and activity centers, restaurants like Aloha and Divine Resorts are all within walking distance of the apartment for fine dining experience. You can have easy access to cabs and Tuk-Tuks from the apartment complex.

Property Rules
- Strictly no party, no get-together, no event, no decoration, and no loud music/noise allowed.
- All foreign nationals must submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian guests are also required to submit valid address/ID proof before check-in.
- Any unauthorized or delayed check-out after 11:00 AM will be charged at ₹1500 per hour.
- Visitors are not allowed. Any visitor, even for a few minutes, will be treated as an extra guest and charged ₹750 + GST per person per day, along with ID submission in advance.
If a visitor arrives without following this procedure, they will be treated as unauthorized guests and charged ₹1500 + GST per person. This is for community safety. - To avoid misuse of electricity, a sub-meter is installed. Guests can note readings at check-in and check-out. Consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged at ₹9 per unit, payable at check-out.
- Alternate day housekeeping is complimentary. Daily cleaning is available at ₹550 per day. Kitchen cleaning, including utensils after usage, is the responsibility of the guest.
House Rules For Pets-
- Due to the high cost of hosting pets, we charge ₹750 per pet per day. A refundable damage deposit of ₹3000 per pet is required before check-in to ensure proper use of the facilities.
- Pet owners must ensure that there is no hair shedding, no odor, and no mess caused by the pet inside the property.
