Welcome to our Vintage Apartment located near Pragati Maidan, Connaught Place (CP) and NDLS. These large fully airconditioned and brand new 2 bhks are ready to serve tourists, large families as well as corporate guests with great interiors and cpmfort of “homlee” brand. We have 3 more apartments in the same building which are listed here and can be accessed from the profile. This is a value accommodation without parking and locality is not posh. Your car reaches right till the building.
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise
– Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 1500 per hour.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 750 per person per day.
– Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited. Further, we do not allow indiscriminate consumption of liquor in our apartment
_ Complimentary housekeeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 350/- per day.
– The cleaning of the kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of the guest.
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owner of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.

The place is kind of average. There was a seepage issue and water was in the bedroom. The lobby washroom was small. The stairs are long and we were put on the 2nd floor, the property does not have a functional life. Not accessible for older people.
Not worth the price.
