Welcome to your fully air-conditioned, with Five Star Interior, 3-bedroom apartment in the posh neighborhood of New Friends Colony in South Delhi, with a fully-equipped kitchen and parking. The home is ideal for families, business traveler’s as well as hosting of marriage guests. Okhla Metro, Fortis Hospital, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb are all within radius of 2-3 km. The apartment is strategically located close to Noida, Faridabad and Akshar Dham Temple. It is no second floor and no lift.
– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 1000 per person per day.
_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 550/- per day.
– The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owner of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.

The house had all the necessary amenities we needed for our stay and they were extremely prompt with all queries.
There’s no lift to the house so it was a bit difficult for us to shift all our luggage but that in no way should be a reason for anyone to not opt for this place because the host and the caretakers are very helpful and accommodating.
The locality is pretty safe and accessible to the main areas in the city as well.
Overall, we had a great experience at this property. Would definitely recommend this to others as well!

All super good! Only thing is that the room get a lot of sunlight in the morning so perhaps they can have darker curtains. Rest everything was super good.
