Welcome to our Luxurious apartment, located in Ramprastha Colony located strategically between Anand Vihar Metro Station on blue line and Dilshad Garden Metro Station on red line. Ramprastha Colony was founded more than 30 years ago and has developed into a modern and cosmopolitan neighborhood with gardens, markets, dispensaries, community halls and schools. We have two adjacent apartments listed here making it ideal for stay of large groups. Hospitals like Max PPG, Max Vaishali are within 2-3 km making it ideal for recuperating patients. We have parking and 24/7 security and power back up.
We welcome to your space with tastefully done interiors, great access to city metro through Anand Vihar Metro Station and Dilshad Garden Metro Station, Anand Vihar railway station and Anand Vihar ISBT, delicious homely food, scooty and car rentals and above all wonderful hospitality with 24/7 caretakers. These apartments have enjoyed patronage from guests all over the world reflected in almost 200 reviews on Airbnb.
This is a compact apartment with two tastefully furnished bed rooms with King Size Beds, two western toilets and shower along with dressing area. The entire apartment is Air-Conditioned to help you beat the heat. The apartment has large drawing cum dining room which works as sitting area as well as meeting area. The bed room has TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has High Speed WiFi.
We have traveled world over and understand the importance of assistance for the travel needs of guest. We shall surely assist you for cab, metro routes, train tickets or flight booking.
– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
– Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 1500 per hour.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 750 per person per day.
_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 450/- per day.
– The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owner of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.

We stayed here for 1 day. It was a family trip whose purpose was relaxation. Very neatly maintained property and the politest people I have seen in the recent past. Awesome food!!! Must say that his team is exceptional at cooking. Care taker bhaiya was extremely friendly. I’m sure my weight has increased by a few kilos in just the one days of my stay. The best wishes to the entire team!
