The building has a lift, parking, and a supermarket. We have four more apartments in the building making it ideal for large groups. The flat is ideal for recovering patients, families, tourists as well as business visitors. These apartments also remain the first choice for the stay of

This is a cozy apartment with tastefully furnished bedrooms with King a Size Beds, attached western toilets, and showers. The entire apartment is air–Conditioned to help you beat the heat. It has a large drawing-cum-dining room which works as a sitting area as well as a meeting area. The living room has a TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has high-speed WiFi.
We have a fully functional kitchen for your use and please do not miss out on our homemade masala tea, breakfast, and meals. We charge nominally for food. Moreover, you have a choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5km offering various cuisines! There is also free parking, both covered and uncovered for your vehicle in the building. Though the nearest metro is just 10 minutes walking, we can arrange a scooty and car rental for you. This facility comes with the convenience of 24/7 caretakers.
– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise
– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.
_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 350/- per day.
– The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.
– Any unauthorised and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 750 per hour.
– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Number of guests can not exceed what you have booked. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 750 per person per day.
– Use of narcotics drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited. Further, we do not allow consumption of liquor in our apartment
As per, local government guidelines The building gate closes between 11 pm – 6 am. No entry and exit will be possible between 11 pm to 6 am.Unmarried couples are not allowed
House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owner of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, and both the kitchen and bathroom were well-maintained.
The prime location in Vaishali made it very convenient for me to explore the area. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly demeanor of both the caretaker and the host. They treated us like friends and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Overall, everything about this hotel was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vaishali ( Delhi & Ghaziabad )

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Homlee accommodations. From the get go Sanjay and Kalpana accommodated us well, allowing us to check in before our allocated time- because the apartment was free. Even five star hotels cannot compare to the excellent customer service and genuine concern that we received here. If we needed anything at all, Sanjay and the staff were there to help us, nothing was too difficult when it came to our requests. Sanjay even offered us emotional and practical support. He also gave us a beautiful plant to lift us up! The home cooked vegetarian meals that we were privileged to eat were so very delicious and nourishing – Sanjay and his team were always eager to take care of any dietary requirements that we had.
They gave us space, but drew near to us when we needed them. Thank you so much Sanjay, Kalpana and our beloved customer sevice team. We wholeheartedly recommend you as host’s. Congratulations!
