The only difference is that you pay 5 to 10 times more in these hotels. This 5-bedroom apartment with 5 balconies can hold large groups of up to 15 persons. Our building has 3 lifts and covered parking. Sector 142 and Sector 143 Metro Stations are nearby & connectivity is top with Uber, Ola & Metro all available. Our apartment is ideal for corporate visitors.

This is a huge apartment with five tastefully furnished bedrooms with King Size Beds, attached western toilets, and showers. The entire apartment is Air-Conditioned to help you beat the heat. It has a large
drawing-cum-dining room which works as a sitting area as well as a meeting area. The living room has a TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has high-speed WiFi.
We have a fully functional kitchen for your use. In case, you do not want to bother with cooking, please avail of our butler services per day. Moreover, you have a choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines!
The nearest metro station is Sector 142 which is just 2 km, a drive of 5 minutes. The apartment is on the 6th floor. There are two elevators in the building. It is extremely private and overlooks large green areas from the balcony.
-No party, no music, no alcohol, and no tobacco.
-Indian guests must provide IDs at the time of check-in. Foreigner guests must provide copies of their passport, visa, and C Form.
– Any unauthorized and delayed check-out after the specified time (11:00 AM) will attract a charge of INR 1500 per hour.
_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 550/- per day.
– The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.
-Visitors are not allowed. Each visitor is treated as an extra guest and pays Rs 1000 per guest per day.
-Pets are not allowed at the property

We had come to attend the first MotoGP event at Buddh Circuit and the place was at perfect distance.
Highly recommended if you need to attend nearby events at India Expo or Buddh International Circuit.

His communication was prompt and efficient, and he made sure to address any queries or concerns I had, which immediately put my mind at ease. Throughout my stay, he was always available when needed, providing helpful local tips and recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. Sanjay’s genuine kindness and attentiveness truly set him apart as an outstanding host.
Upon entering the property, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the ambiance was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The space was immaculate, exuding a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
