– No party, no alcohol, no tobacco, no loud music/noise

– As per rules and regulations of Govt of India, all foreign nationals are required to submit copies of their passport and visa before check-in. All Indian Guests are also required to submit copies of their ID proof before check-in.

– Please note that visitors are not allowed. Any visitor will be treated as an extra person and charged Rs 1000 per person per day.

_ Complimentary house keeping is provided every alternate day. In case, you require daily cleaning, kindly pay Rs. 550/- per day.
– The cleaning of kitchen including utensils, after usage, would be the responsibility of guest.

House Rules For Pets-
1. Due to high cost of hosting pets we charge Rs 750/pet/day.
2. The owner of Pets are strictly responsible for not allowing pets to use mattresses, sofas, and blankets. Hygiene must be maintained and caretakers will have to be allowed in to check. Pet(s) can’t be left inside the apartment without their owner.
3. Any violation of these house rules pets will attract a penalty of Rs. 10000 plus recovery of damage.
